most definitly i will work my run my goal is to get down to a 20 minute 3 mile run.. not much work i can do this week since its my last week and im doing no PT this week except for light PT at the pool function saturday.. but thanks i know i will be trust me ive made it this far on patellar tendonitis i can overcome almost any challenge

My last IST i did horrible. I've had bad shin splints so i hadn't run in a good 3 weeks. Also we got a new pullup bar and it wasn't gripped so i actually fell off because of how slippery it was.

Not the best scores, but I have about 11 months to improve :D
My first IST was 11 pull ups, 78 sit ups, and an 11minute 15 second 1.5 mile. One month later, my first official IST as a Poolee was 13 pull ups, 99 sit ups, and a 10minute 9second 1.5 mile. I leave January 9th and will use the time to keep improving.

Cruches are so easily improved with planks and well....crunches! I do them just about everyday with P90X which really works. Still working on my run time. im down from 17 minutes to 11:27 so im getting there
