If running is not your forte I would suggest going to your local track and jogging the straight-away and then Sprinting the curve for about eighteen to twenty minutes. You could also run on the treadmill for the same amount of time increasing and decreasing the speed every minute and a half.

just became a poolee a week ago... ship date 20131014 but i need tips on how I should prepare better. can anyone help?
