This is not a story about a man. Much. It's the story about a revolver. Passed from Marine father to Marine son. Used in WWI and carried to Korea.
As a former Marine myself, I've had the pleasure of shooting this wonderful revolver and I love the history behind this. Read the whole thing, it's well worth it... and I think you need to keep an eye out because if you look in all of the posts, you will find the younger Marine's Korean War Diary.
As you read it, pay attention to the date stamps of the posts.
