I have no definite answer to your question but i know Mol is not very good with keeping up to date. Goto the composite score calulator and make sure all of the information is correct and push predict. It should tell you your cutting score and the date that it is effective. If you do Rank/Mos there is a good chance it is not updated. Some of my Marines havent been updated since last year.
