June 09' Promotions (training cutoff date)

Does anyone know about the "training cuttoff date" and its specifics? I am focusing on the MCI portion, whether or not the cutoff off date includes having to have MCI's turned in as well. the reason i am asking is I am currently TAD but I still turn in my MCI's to my parent command, I turned in my last oneon may 20th WHICH is the cuttoff date for junes comp scores, but the marine that enters them online wasn't there and didnt get it in the system till may 22nd... I need the points from that mci to get promoted to cpl but im starting to think since it wasnt in on time im not going to be promoted... any help is well appreciated and thanks ahead of time!!!
