I'd like everyone to know that this works. I was doing 17 pullups underhand in my ist in march, now im doing 19 overhand and 24 underhand. Now i need to push harder and get under 10 minutes in the run :mad:

Height: 6'4. Weight: 180lb. On pullups my legs touch the ground so they make me hang for like 10 seconds, then instruct me to start, always gettin chewed out for not getting atleast 10 pull ups

Thank you! I was tired of falling last during the run at PT, so I started running 1-2 miles 3 days out of the week. It has definitely helped my run time.
Pull ups: 20, most ive done during PT at my station though is 25
Crunches: 102 in two minutes
Run time, just set it this past Saturday at my Pool function: 11:57, and thats from a 13:30 the last IST I rank before this one.
When I first started coming to my stations PT sessions my first IST was something about 14 pull ups, 50 crunches and my Run was something like 15 something. I'ma small dude, 5'8 130lbs and when I first started coming I was smoking cigs and blacks consistently, now I still smoke here and there, but the differences is noticeable now from when I started.
