2nd MEPS visit before shipping date

Hey everybody so my ship date for boot camp is this Monday on the 19th and before they fly me to PI I gotta go to MEPS again. I already know that I am going to get another physical and drug test, but I was also curious if I have to take the ASVAB again before I ship?

Also I just got a text from my recruiter and he said that I have to go to MEPS tonight, days before my actual ship date. He said that I'm still shipping on the 19th but it seems a bit weird to drive me back and forth for the same tests. Has this happened to anybody else?
