The National Coalition for Homeless Veterans

I was wondering if anyone on this site has heard of this group or ever volunteered? I am going to be helping with a Stand Down, which is a 3-4 day event with a shelter at the beginning of the year in Phoenix. I am also going to try and make the same thing in Yuma, but I don't have the dates yet to see if I can go. Any first hand info, would be appreciated. I have read all about it on the website, but first hand is always better. Kinda like the difference between Blue Star Mothers and Mothers of America...night and day for those two.
