Understandable. Check out http://www.crossfitendurance.com as well. Greatly improve endurance. CrossFit Endurance is free. Also, if you can find stuff to substitute equipment, CrossFit is free. Just follow the mainsite. But, it's pretty hard to follow the workouts without equipment. It is possible though.

Check out http://www.crossfit.com and http://www.crossfitspartanburg.com whenever you get a chance. Check it out on wikipedia. It does a decent job at describing just exactly what CrossFit is. CrossFit Spartanburg is located across from USC Upstate. 330 Tenosha Drive. I guarantee you it will get you into the shape you want to be in for Parris Island. No doubt!

Definitely. Wanted to be a Marine as long as I can remember. Having some "technical" difficulties however. Long story, but super short version-some Captain misread my medical report when I was trying to get into Officer School and disqualified me. Same guy is saying I am still disqualified for the enlisted side as well, which, by the books and MEPS, I meet all medical requirements. So, Sgt. Philips is fighting that at the moment and trying to make me a Poolee.

By the way, I was at the Poolee function for Spartanburg last weekend. I was roaming around this site and saw you had "Spartanburg" as your location. That's the reason I sent a friend request.
