What i do sometimes is Put a 45 pound plate on my chest and lay on the decline bench with my arms cross over the weight or holding it straight out in front of me. Either way it makes it easier when i have to bump out a hundred in 2 min lol

Haven't smoked for like 3-4 weeks, had one on my birthday and it was good but my cardio is up so much. Im feeling a 300 ist before i ship. And if it feels easy you can always move up in weight i always say if you can do over 15 reps move up in weight.

You heard anything about getting your ship date pushed back. I was at the "at risk" for New England on saturday to take a pre-ship IST, my recruiter found out that everyyyboddy is getting pushed back. I guess my RS (Springfield)'s mission was to send 30 down to the Island this month. Now its 11. ****in suckkkkss bro

haha, yeah. you'll experience it first hand, BELIEVE ME. Being counted down is how pretty much how you do EVERYTHING in the first and second phases of bootcamp. Its how you become the fastest at everything. the Di's count down from whatever number they chose, and thats the amount of time you've got to accomplish the task in. you'll jump outta the rack, and the Di will yell "left boot! tennineeightsevensixfivefourthree..."etc. you get dressed item by item by this method every morning, and undressed the same way at night. and if EVERYBODY is not COMPLETELY done by the time he gets to 1, you start all over again. and they'll skip numbers too, to add to the chaos. lol, he'll go "50,59,58,30,29,28!...." You will make your bed, shower, ****, get in formation, unlock your rifle, pack and unpack, get dressed and undressed, ...you will literally do everything while being counted down.
well, when you get to PI, the month and day of the week dont matter anymore. your time in bootcamp is measured by training days. T26 would be "training day" 26, T58 would mean "training day" 58, and so on, all the way to T70. After the Crucible, when you technically become a marine, there are no more "training days" so the last week on PI will just be "Day 80" etc. I hope this has helped
