Going great! I was originally doing my pull ups with an underhand grip. A few days into the first week, I switched the grip to overhand grip. As I kept reading through the program, I took note that it's reallly focused and designed for the overhand grip and decided to make the switch. A few weeks ago I could only do a couple of overhand pull ups, I'm up to seven now! Putting on some numbers! I've really had to be stern about staying disciplined with the push ups part - most days I just feel like I'd rather not do them, but I've been good about them so far, and I don't plan on skipping any.
