Hey! I'm doing good! We had another Poolee function this past Saturday. We met with 4 other RSS's and ran our IST's in front of Drill Instructors, and then we drilled with them and the whole nine yards; they had some knowledge for us and we at MRE's and got out of there. The state's CO, Major Ash, came out and talked to us as well. It was quite an experience. Out of 50 Poolee's, I ended up in second for the most number of crunches for our RSS - 121 in 2 minutes. I also improved my other stats as well

Actually not yet, sorry been bussy and forgot to log on! I leave the 21st of this month, so if All goes well I should be the last graduating class of 2009 at the end of Dec. Hope you been keeping your PT up cutie!

Haha yea Mountainclimbers, planks, push ups, sungods, bearcrawls, and buddy drags are great lol just dont seem like it in 90 degree sunny weather and you get the last guy thats 20+ pounds heavier than you. haha but i wouldent want it any easier =)

haha yea I liked Chicago and New York the best so far, and that leaves like 40 sum more states to see before I die hopefully lol Hope ur having a good weekend, I know I got my ass woophed in PT today!

Arizona,New Mexico, Texas, Ohio, Oklahoma, Missouri, and Illinois. It was fun and good to see alot of other states in the US i had not been to
