    I would like to apologize for the actions of some Marines on this site. We are very protective of our branch and have to deal with people who "pose" as Marines for various reasons. I believe that you are correct that a note would be better than a rude comment which makes one feel uncomfortable. You expressed yourself well and I hope that you can forgive the offending Marine.
