    thanks for the advice.I want to go to boot already.excited and scared at the same time. But i figure the sooner i do it,the sooner ill get to finish...I was told about the college enlist program,where i can be meritoriously promoted to Lcpl after boot. I got 30k in student loans and the cash would be nice.

    you went to boot at the age of 30!! wow im impressed. im just 27 and trying to get my weight down so i can join, but im getting slack about being so old...but now i dont feel so old...not that you are old...but atleast i know if a 30 year old can do it, i can too.
