Hey poolee Gracyk. i was reading about your situp troubles. its far easier to do them when you sit closer to your legs. that way your body is using less energy for each crunch and guarantees a successful crunch each time. if you are farther away from your legs both your legs and abs work to lift your body off the ground. but these are called crunches and are only supposed to work out your core abs and nthing else. don't worry about how little you do right now. do them every night and never skip a night. i started out doing 57 my first time and can now do 105 plus. the only female out of my RS that can beat the males.
