I got my GED, but I think they changed the rules where you need College credits too now but I didnt need them. It all just depends on the recruiter to be honest and what kind of hook up he can get you. However my case was VERY rare, just tough it out through school.

My name is Jacob and I'm turning 17 in a week or two so I have a question sense finishing HS is NOT on my agenda. What did you do that got you into the Marines without a HS diploma. and a detailed answer please, I really need to know.

Aye SSGT, I dropped out to join because I knew I would join right after highschool anyway, so I spoke with the recruiter and he enlisted me. I dont have a criminal record and I have a pretty high ASFAB score, that may have something to do with it SSGT.

take that gay photo of you in a towel off the site... then explain why you dropped out of school to join the Corps. We don't take GEDs when we have so many HS grads lining up to join.

You aren't ready to be a LCpl yet. You need to check your holier-than-thou attitude before you hit the fleet and a female LCpl puts her boots up your ass.

Well I'm going to get PFC for sure May first, I'm already getting paid PFC, put i get pinned then. I'm hoping for Lcpl by june for getting first in my class at MOS.

Just from what I've seen, sorry PFC I Didn't mean any offense. By the way I am getting promoted to PFC May 1st, and should be Lance Cpl. in june. =)

are you serious? even if training for males is harder for females, who the hell are you to say that female training is so much easier it's disgusting? ..because you would know right, private?
