Im doing great! i got a 5 min phone call from brett(because his platoon won a challenge) so it was AMAZING to hear his voice i couldnt even believe it! i was doing crummy before that, but that phone call is exactly what i needed haha

I'll be honest, I told him I was very skeptical, but it's not my place to say anything about that.

I don't do AIM anymore. I put it in my profile on SU and it got abused by the members who wanted to **** and moan at me about something I did with my mod powers. We're all on power trips.

Boy, why he was banned ... well, the first two were temp bans, one for problems following Trading Post rules and the second for posting an offense image. The final one was for a series of racist comments he made in a thread in our VIP (aka Premium Members) Lounge. That was about a month or so ago and so he made crackberry.com his new home after he got his Curve.

The whole series of posts he made that got him banned were done while I was at the salon getting my hair done. LOL. Figures. I probably could have bailed him out before it got out of hand.

By the time he gets back from boot his priorities will be such that he won't really care about SU anyway, I suspect, so it's probably not a really bad thing.

I do have Yahoo IM, though, but I just don't do AIM anymore. Sorry.

Josh and I first met on the SprintUsers.com chat room oh about 2 1/2 years ago -- he wanted to buy a phone from me for one of his friends. He and I were both actively involved in SU ... he was banned from SU about a month ago. Long story. And, no, I didn't ban him.

He was telling me about you a bit early last week on IM. I didn't really get a chance to chat with him before he left but that's OK. We've been talking about his Marine Corps stuff for a while now and he knows I support him 100 percent.

But, we've been friends for a while now, and I know that you guys haven't know each other long. There's probably stuff you want to know that I may be able to fill in that he may not be able to fill in while he's there.

hahah sheesh that sounds way harder than just one :]

Well let me tell you it is not easy. But you'll be glad to know that the hardest part is saying goodbye. after that it will be okay. Just keep telling yourself its only 3 months and if you keep yourself busy and write him everyday it will be fine. He actually wrote me 2 days after he got there and another three days after that but i didnt recieve the letters until 2 weeks after he wrote them. The mailing system sucks and not only do they have zero time to write, but it usually takes at least a week to get it. Try to think of it positively, even though its hard. I mean "absence makes the heart grow fonder" right? I find it does. Please keep in touch im on here all the time :]
