thanks for the quick response, that kinda eases my mind cuz right now i do a 3 mile loop circle around my neighborhood and psychologocally a straight line would be easier. My other question is how did you train for your 3 mile run before boot camp. Right now when i run my pft i get 15 pullups, 100 situps, and 24 minute run time. my training regmient now is 2 mile run everyother day at around a 730 pace then PT when i get home with pullups, situps, leg lifts, etc.. my mentality is to slowly build the milege by doing 2 miles at a quick 7 min pace for about a month until i can run it easily then increase it to 2 and a half then 3 keeping the 7 min pace. My question is do you think this is the best way to train for it. Ill take your advice cuz youve been there done that, im just experimenting. alright thanks.

Iam currently a poolee for 2 more months cant wait. training for Boot camp right now and just wanted to ask a question. for the 3 mile pft test, how is it done. is it done around a track? or is it a a to b witha curve then go back? i ve asked this to a few people but they havent been clear. thanx for reading this. look forward to your answer
