I go pick up my bike on Monday...picked up a 2008 Kawasaki Ninja 650R. Had a 2008 Ninja 250R a few years ago as a starter bike and figured it was time to move up a notch. Semper Fi, stay salty, brother.

Semper Fi Marine, we all shared the same mud. I enter The Corps 2 days before Christmas 23 Dec 1965, I was a Hollywood Marine I when on the Buddy Plan, which was, "Buddy it's 2 years on the county farm picking tomatoes or 2 years in The Marine Corps." At Khe Sanh I was thankful that it had been hard. I went ahead a stuck around for 30+years The senior command back then would say, "Ya should been in The Old Corps"

I just wanted to say I also was for a short time in An Hoa (2mo's). I also was arround the Arizona Territory. I was with H&S Co. 3d Bn.,7th Reg, 1stMar Div. . Our "Tactical Area of Observation" included most all those areas you mentioned. We also covered Dodge City area. I had transfered arround alot. And, attached to most of our batallion companys. (Mike on Hill 52, India on Hill 35 (I think), Lima company in An Hoa. and also our Battalian area which was on Hill 37 [arround Dai Loc]). Anyway, its nice to know someone else who was there near where I was. My M.O.S. was 0341 (81 Mortars).
