Hey bud, sorry it took me a while to get back to you. I actually grew up in upstate NY. My parents had a dairy farm. Our northern border was actually the US/Canada border. We moved to Bend just before my senior year in HS and the very next summer I was in MCRD earning my title.

My wife, however, is from Burns, born and bred. Her family is still there and we go visist at least once a year. We did move back to Bend for about a year in 2005. I went there go fight wildland fires. Not much happened though.

I live near Atlanta, and if you haven't heard about the recent flooding, something happedned during one of those days. A lady had a flat tire and was changing it in the middle of spaghetti junction on one of the overpasses overlooking I-85. Someone else stopped behind her to help her, and a truck ended up slamming into the good samaritan's car and knocked her off the overpass, fell 100 feet down onto I-85 and died. Seeing your post about this does quite a bit of justice, and means quite a bit especially with what's happened recently.

lol....see how that goes.....both my granddads were over 6' tall....my grandmother on my dads side was a tall woman....the problem comes from my mothers side...her mom was 4'3"....all my relatives are big people...my brothers and i all got rooked...one made 5'8" the rest of us are under 5' 7"

I do quite a bit of shooting myself; you're more than welcome to ask me anything about certain cameras and possible picks that you may have in mind, and I'd be more than happy to give you some informed, experienced advice on it.
