    incidentally, I was on the range at Training Co., in Chesapeake the day Richard Marchenko was booted. He was using the range working with the SEALs in the live fire house and pistol/sub gun ranges. In the morning he was told at the daily range safety brief that there is no laying down on the range. Well, wouldn't you know it later in the day he laid himself out on one of the ammo tables to get some sun, haha,, only to be told by a Sgt., to get up. Some unpleasantries were exchanged and the Sgt. left but went and got the range officer, CWO-5 Sanders. CWO-5 (and you had to call him "Chief Warrant Officer Five Sanders, no exceptions) was a bad dude, he ran the range, no doubt about that, CWO-5 Sanders asked Dick what happened and then why he spoke to his Sgt. like he did, and why he felt he could ignore the range safety rules. They went around the corner for a few minutes and when they emerged CWO-5 Sanders was smirking at us, as ole Dick Marchenko was on his way off the range... true story
