    First time on site, was at NAD 1953-55, what Div used Waikele is hard to say, during WW II marines were on all he islands for training, my father was at Ewa marine air base in WWII before going to Midway. I was at west louh and when Waikele went full time I was sent up there, Our ist company commander was Capt Jimmy Carter a old mustanger, a great officer we all loved him.
