My squad was in several small engagements in Ar Ramadi, Iraq.

Military Biography:

After a year of college, I went to Parris Island May 20, 2003. I graduated and reported to MCT, Camp Geiger, NC (Echo Co). Then I proceeded to 3521 mechanic school in Camp Johnson (AOMC 1-04) and graduated just before Christmas 2003. I then checked into my reserve unit. After another semester of school, I received the call to active duty (May 20, 2004, scary huh?) and reported to get ready. We were activated June 25, 2004-June 24, 2005. We were attatched to 1st Tank Battalion in 29 Plams, CA for our trainup. We then left September 3 for Ar Ramadi Iraq. We got on base the morning of Sept 7. We convoyed out on March 16. We were back in CA March 23, and back in Lafayette, LA on March 31, 2005. I stayed on active duty to finish up my full year. In 2006, I went to PLC Juniors and got NPQed for ITB syndrome. I completed PLC combined in 2007 and commissioned in May 2008. I will be starting TBS in October 2008.
