Whatever became of that gal you met along before deployment? the one who shined! Well anyway if you hate your life it probably wouldn't work out. You know how women can sense when things aren't right in the world.

At the very source of that gen-kill moto BS is a manipulative swill of toxic lies and deceit....You simply gotta feel good about being you again. Committing at least one sincere positive act or task towards yourself and others daily, and remembering it___written down if memory tends to fail___begins to re-build a man's sense of self worth and helps heal the soul. The good deeds don't have to be monumental or even acknowledged by anybody but yourself and if they don't outnumber the nasty ones due to job description, so be it. But they should be in place to begin healing so a guy can get on living with himself. Eventually they; the well meaning thoughts and actions, accumulate into a "LIFE" and cannot be taken away even when times gets hard you'll know your not a sh*tty person. It works.
