Even more moto... My mom was just talking to my grandpa and apparantly my great grandpa's brother was a Brigadier General (my grandma says Colonel) he used to hug my grandma and whisper "Semper Fi" The only thing is I cant seem to find anything on him anywhere, B. General or Colonel he just doesnt come up. Can anyone possibly help me and find out if its true? His name was either Ken or Kenneth (I've always heard him called uncle kenny) Mosher. Greatly appreciated.

I personally haven't heard of a pull up record. I thought all these years, I was the pull up master... Guess I really have to my research huh? Also, Martinez, I'll see if I can digg somthing up for you. Do you have a Unit he may have been in command of or a duty station and last year he served?

MCRD San Diego's pull up record. Did you happen to see the video of him? Today I saw that he actually made it to Japan for the Ninja Warrior show but he lost. Anyway I can try and find out about his unit or duty station, but he's been dead for a long time. I'll ask my grandma though.

I found his name in a book called Second Marine Division 1940-1999. It lists that he retired in 1975 as a LtCol. Unfortunatly I cant even confirm if that is him, being I dont know where he was born.

My grandma said she has a good feeling the Ken Mosher from the book is one in the same. Plus everything just about checks out. My grandpa says he retired from active duty as a LtCol. and Became a full bird in the reserves. Apparently Uncle Kenny refused to retire until they gave him a star. So he unofficially retired as a Brigadier General. How's that for motivating?
