  1. Hey man I read that you have some problems with your running. I used to as well, I could barely run 5 mins at a time. Right now I can run a 12 min 1.5 mile, a big leap personally.

    Here are a few tips that really help:
    - Hydrate. Keep drinking water the night before you run, and small sips before you run.
    - Stretch very well so your calves dont cramp up.
    - Never stop! Once you stop running your side will cramp up, if you push yourself to the limit then just keep moving your feet and arms. If you keep moving your arms, your feet will follow.
    - Alternate training patterns. One day, do Sprints and job between intervals, the next day do your PFT.
