  1. Hey Man, i'm ryan i saw your post asking how to lose a minute on the run time. well i tell you cause i did it and i was running 23:11 and now i run 21:00 . You need to get on treadmill and do interval training option run .25 miles and jog .25 and after the first half mile speed up your jog and run a little bit do that for 20 minutes a day two days a week and do wind sprints on the track one day and run about 3 to 4 miles the other to days. it should work you just gotta get your body use to it.
