  1. Wow, that's pretty impressive. the poole record is 180 so far. I'll be happy to just hit 150. Pullups I hope to reach at least 23 by the end of boot camp and maybe get the run to sub 20:00
  2. On your free time, one day, do 500 Marine Sit-ups. Pick a day and do it.

    Every follow on day, do a set of 100, rest one sunday. and then do sets of 150.

    I personally know men who've pushed out sets of 400 without stopping.
  3. It's been slowly, but surely. I haven't been ontop of my game whenever we do IST's, but crunches have gone from 71 to 115 since december, pullups have gone from 6 to 16, though my last IST was 8 because I was just dead tired, running has been consistent and hasn't been too bad at around 11:10 for a 1.5 mile. I'm doing some form of PT around twice a day to get ready, seeing as how I have less than 10 weeks left.
