  1. Hey Sir, I have had the same experience with the NEX while It was due to the fact I spent 2 years on a Navy base with F.A.S.T. Co in Yorktown VA. They always messed up uniforms or didn't have any ribbons or badges or chevrons left every time I went to get my stuff inspection ready. I ordered most of my stuff from the MCX store online and than by word of mouth found a nice "mama san" shop to put all my gear together according to regs. I would suggest skipping the NEX and ordering online from the MCX and asking around your duty station who other Marines use to get their uniforms up to specs. The NEX is a really bad experience for Marines as far as I'm concerned. As a squad leader I suggest to keep it in house (the Marine house) if you can. Hope I helped Sir, Semper FI!
