Good evening, my name is Karen Flores, I was searching threads about information about recruit training for girls, what do you recommend about hair length, should it be cut to requirements? Also I don't see many girls that have graduated from training I would like to ask them on how to improve the hanging arm flex my time is 30 sec. which is not very good at all. Im 5 lbs over weight, I would appreciate any advise from anybody, but would like to hear a girl's point of view, if you do know any?
