Thanks Ed, I've already filled it out and printed. I qualify on financials and I read they checked that via social security and the IRS. I'm just gonna bring eveything. W-2's, DD-214 and Med. records. All I need them is prescription refills. Thanks,

to save you a lot of time you can fill out the 10-10EZR form here print it out and take it with you ,it is info that they will need,
I have to fill out 1 about every 2 or 3 years.
