Everyday i do 100 Crunches, 100 push ups, 25 pull ups and run 1 mile.
Is this a good workout, or should i be doing more?

1 mile?? Take the tampon out. Im 32 and run 3-5 miles every mon weds fri, every day I do anywhere from 200-375 crunches/variations, Push ups inclined, reverse incline, diamonds, and claps, sprints, and other x-training exercises.
