I dont think I am going to get back in. I have a sleeve that touches my wrist bone and I dont think the PSR will even bother to submit my waiver package. Should I try another PSR?

yes try another PSR, they dont make the approval ERR and MCRC does. My sleeve got approved this July. Go for it
