Rover, that decision came out of the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals (or as we call it, the 9th Circus). That is the most, by far, overturned Circuit in the country and it is loaded with liberals of the worst stripe.
The US Supreme Court is always overturning something by that court and this will likely be one of them. The majority totally ignored long set Supreme Court precedence about knowingly false statements/actions having no free speech protections.

The man has LIED about his service . . . embellished added facts to puff up his record . . . no too ways around . . Do NOT VOTE for the man if you are from Connecticut . . .as he has lied / embellished al ot more that is coming to light every day . . . again do NOT support this man ever again
There are a lot of pols that lie about their service. There are a lot on Marine Corps forums that lie about their service.
Kirk(r) in Ill is also one you could add to the list as far as not voting for. He is right up there will all the other liars.
