me and my fiance who is a marine are suppost to get married but he said after we get married he only has ten days to move out of the barracks can they kick him out i live in texas and he is in north carolina
I've never heard of that before but I could be wrong.

Yes they can, if he is a Geo bachelor then the command DOES NOT have to let you stay in the barracks. Most commands will let you wait until your BAH kicks in however.

Worse case senario they will boot him out of the regular barracks and put him into the geo bachelor barracks. Which used to be an open squad bay, at least on New River it was.

Well then yes they can kick him out. It will depend on his unit and barracks capacity.
