I got a friend who wants to enlist but has a DUI on his record that he got about a month ago. Will he be allowed to enlist?

Check with a recruiter, but waivers are few these days with the Corps full and possibly facing a RIF.

I believe he has to fulfill all probation requirements, IE, time and fines, before he could enlist, and that's providing he can get a waiver.
Ive never been a recruiter so I can't say for sure.
