Okay, so I recently had a full physical..
and the doc has scheduled me for a Cardiac Stress Test to be on the safe side. It seems I'm ok, EKG showed a heart of a young child, he said.
But because I will soon turn 55, he wants to give me a treadmill test
and the instructions he send along say;
1. wear loose fitting clothes, such as pants or walking shorts with a button down blouse. Please do not wear jumpsuits or a dresses.
2. Wear tennis shoes or comfortable shoes. Do Not wear high heels, sandals, or thongs.
3. DO NOT eat 2 hours prior to the test. Avoids caffeine 24 hours prior to the test.
First of all, I don't own a button down blouse or a dress.
Second I don't own any high heels and if I wear a thong (not that I do) how can they tell if I'm wearing walking shorts?
LOL
