where do you get sent to after you are done training if you pick and MOS in aviation? do you get sent out to a fleet or what?

Can you be a little less vague ? Also some kind of profile please.
If you were to take a wild guess on what happens after MOS school what would your guess be? I'm hoping you don't say go milk cows.
