I am going to enlist soon i was wondering if i put down my mos as Infantry is that what i get to be after Recruit Training?

This can't be a serious question.
You don't "put down" your MOS as anything. If there's an infantry spot available at your Recruiting Station, and you get it in your contract, then you'll go to School of Infantry after recruit training....

"0311, Infantry, Congratulations, you made it".
You'll 'get' what the Corps decides you'll get. You'll get to choose a career field, after that, the Marine Corps does the rest.
At this point, concern yourself, young padawan, with getting through MEPS.....also, try our 'search' feature, regarding Infantry. Hours of reading.
