August 24, 2010: Alaska, Arizona, Florida, Vermont
August 28, 2010: Louisiana (1st Party Congressional)
September 4, 2010: Guam
September 11, 2010: Virgin Islands
September 14, 2010: Delaware, District of Columbia, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New York, Rhode Island, Wisconsin
September 18, 2010: Hawaii
