For example I know you could be arrested for one thing, but on investigating the offense they find that you actually will be charged ...

I don't understand what your question is?..

But here is my attempt at answering what I think your question is....

Enlisting now with any sort of waiver needed while possible is hard to come by. Recruiters have tons of kids coming in wanting to serve, especially considering the economy right now. They are going to go to the kids with no issues over anyone with something needing a waiver.

Best advice I could give is to actually go talk with a recruiter face to face. They will be the ones to tell you if you have a shot and what needs to be done to get you DEP'd in

Since DV bars an applicant from all military enlistment...but...

you need to talk with a recruiter. And no, just because you can enlist with the Army does not mean you can enlist with the Corps
