Hello Marines,
This question is directed towards any Marines who had recruiting duty or have any knowledge of how the enlistment contracting works. I want to work in the 1800 field with either tanks or AAVs. The only contract that had this field was a Combat Support (CE) contract. This contract also had the 08xx field and the 72xx field. Now, I wouldn't mind the 08xx field to much but, 72xx isn't something I have any interest in. My question is if there is a 18xx contract or a contract that has 18xx as well as more combat orientated fields that I can be assigned with? I plan on asking my recruiter and/or my SNCOIC after the July 4th break but would also like some input now so I know what to ask for when I can choose my job. Thank you Marines.
