Someone told me the big "H" barracks at Futenma are now for the UDP program.
Did the MASS get upgraded or downgraded in barracks quality?
They also combined the Staff and O clubs? So is the enlisted club still looking like a church bingo hall or did they move to the SNCO club by the gate?

Are you talking about the barracks with the barber shop in it? Barracks #431? I dont know anything about a UDP program. Currently 262 and 265 plus the reinforcments reside within this barracks.
Sorry I do not know anything about MASS or either clubs.

Thanks. Yep, it used to have a TV rental place, a barber shop, and a lounge with coffee and beer vending machines.

When I left in 2003, 431 was the UDP. 265 & 262, MAL-36 all resided across from the Habu Pit(Staff/Officer Club). USO moved into the building by the gate and the Enlisted club was nearby.
