Good morning Marines and families,
I have been poking around here for a bit and decided it was now time to join the group. My son is currently finishing his MOS school and will be attached to 2nd CEB out of Camp LeJuene starting next month. As I understand it the 2nd CEB 2nd MARDIV is in the process of returning from Helmond right now. Over the last 6 months I have learned a lot about what it takes to be a Marine and I must say I am even more impressed with you all after reading some of your posts on here. I am USN vet (1985 to 1989) and served on board the USS Brumby FF-1044 out of Charleston SC. I spent a little bit of time in those days chasing drug runners all over the Caribbean.
Well I dont want to waste more of your precious time just wanted to introduce myself and thank all of you for your service to this fine country!
