I have been wearing the Bates Enforcer series since about eighth grade, but have become disconcerted with the comfort for them. I'm about to be a senior in high school and am hoping to enter the NROTC Marine option program in college. I would like a pair of boots that I will be able to wear once I get commissioned that way I will be used to them. What are good brands? What is the best place to buy said brands? I am a high school student so comfort and quality to price ratio must be high. Any advice will be much appreciated. Thank you for your time.
