For any Marines or any supporters who just want to show up, we are holding, "Rock for the Troops" at the My Place Bar and Grill on Route 209 in Marshalls Creek, PA this upcoming Friday, May 21, 2010 at 9 p.m.
We will have a band, 50/50 raffles, specials by Yuengling, jello shots and much more.
25% of the night's register will help fund the 2nd annual Marines Helping Marines Fishing Tournament. The tournament will be held June 26 at Lake Hopatcong, NJ.
We bring approximately one dozen severely wounded veterans from Walter Reed and Bethesda, pair them up with pro anglers for the weekend and let them compete in tournament. Proceeds from that event benefit the Marines Helping Marines charity.
Come on out, May 21st and have a drink and meet some injured Marines making their way up to help raise some funds. Thank you and Semper Fi.
