Marine Wife Creed Certificate

Does anyone know where I can find a reasonably priced Marine Wife Creed Certificate? The MCA has one for sale (framed, $195) but I am looking for something a bit more reasonable in price. I just don't have $195 sitting around, but I would like to get something for my wife to recognize her faithful devotion to her Marine for almost 10 years.

Any thoughts?
