I'm going to boot camp in about 7 months and I want to get in as good of shape as I possibly can before I go to boot camp.
From now until the end of may I'm on a program to build muscle and lower fat(I'm kind of a bodybuilder kind of person), but once summer starts I plan on going on a program to help me with the running and the physical stress, from june until 1 week before I ship out. Here's what I had in mind ands I would like an opinion.

Monday/Wednesday
6 AM until 7 AM:
PT with my recruiters
12PM until 1 PM:
Weight workout
5:30 PM until 6:30 PM
PT with my recruiters

Tuesday:
45 minute run upon waking(so around 6 AM)
3 PM until 4 PM
weight workout
4 PM until 4:30PM
Elliptical cardio(to preserve my knees)

Thursdays:
6 AM
45 minute run
12 PM until 1 PM
Weight workout
5:30 PM until 6:30 PM
PT with my recruiters

Friday:
6 AM until 7 AM
PT with my recruiters
3 PM until 4 PM
Weight workout
4 PM until 4:40 PM
Elliptical cardio

Saturday:
8 AM until 9 AM
1 hour long swim
Once a month we have PT with the entire Poole which lasts about an hour. On days we have that, I'd move the swimming to the afternoon, but still have 1 hour of swimming.

How does that sound? I'm well aware of the necessity of nutrition. I planned on high protein to preserve muscle tissue, high carbohydrates to give me energy for my workouts, and high fats to give added energy and to help utilize protein. If I do this every week until the week before I ship out, do you think I'll be fine.

Just as a refference I'm 5'11" and 174 and my averages for IST are 8 pullups, 78 crunches, and an 11:08 1.5 mile(I plan on bringing that way down)

I'm not much of a PTer, but it doesn't really look like you have that much for pullups and crunches, which are the two essential parts of the PFT/IST. Every 10 seconds you cut off your run time is only one extra point, whereas each extra crunch is 1 point, and each pullup is 5 each. Definitely need to focus on those two over the running.

Well during my weight workouts I always do pullups and I do crunches at least 3 times a week, which will be integrated into this routine as well. during PT we also do alot of pullups and crunches as well as various crossfit exercises.
