My situation is i went to meps 20090620 and swore into DEP and signed a contract that did not list any MOS. The date i was supposed to ship would be this coming tuesday 20100119. After returning from MEPS i signed a paper from the recruiter that said my ship date may change by 30 days either sooner or later. During a weekend validation a few weeks later while taking the PFT a MSgt. stated my ship date along with a few others would be moved to March. Since then i have been told my ship date would be November 2009, April 2010 and it keeps chaniging but nothing in writing. I asked the recruiter if i would be in trouble for not showing up to meps on my signed ship date and he said " no it would be our fault for not getting you there". Im now 6 months into DEP and i feel that i am still at square one. Any information on how i should handle this situation is greatly appreciated.
