I have a brother-in-law who lives in Delta, Utah and who is a detective on the Millard Co. sheriff department. Last night he told me that the he and another deputy brought the none shooter back to Milled Co. The shooter was brought back by older deputy's. The reason the sheriff thought that the shooter would have a better chance at being alive when they got back. The deputy that was killed left behind a husband and 2 kids. The deputy that was killed brother had just bought drugs from the killer 5 minutes before he killed her.

Yeah they had to basically form a motorcade through Millard county to. I'm just thrilled they caught them before they made it back to Mexico!

Just like the terrorists being tried in US civilian courts. What the hell is wrong with our government?

The U.S. Government has been like this for a hell of a lot of years. The laws that are on the books are older than dirt and all need to be re-written.

Old Marine you are right about that. The death penality is a farce the way it is written. One case I remember well is the "Hi Fi" killing. It tock aver 20 years to get that one as-ole exacuted and over 20 million dollars of tax payers money

Wow, growing up in Ogden, I always thought that was like an urban legend. I'm reading about it on Wikipedia right now.
